Mr. Parker is a graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law class of 1991.

Mr. Parker is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Supreme Court and Western District of the Oklahoma Federal Court. He has lectured at Oklahoma Bar Association Seminars in topics on Workers’ Compensation Law. He is a certified Workers' Compensation mediator.

Mr. Parker is a member of the following: Oklahoma County Bar Association; American Bar Association-Tort and Insurance Section; Defense Research Institute (State Representative 2009-2012, Workers’ Compensation Substantive Committee); Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel (President 2007, President Elect 2006, Vice-President 1999, 2004, 2005; Board member 2000-2003); and Workers’ Compensation Defense Counsel (President 1998, 1999, 2000). Grady served on the Lay Legal Committee for the Mary Fallin Commission on Workers’ Compensation Reform (1996-1997).

Mr. Walls is a graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law class of 2012, where he graduated cum laude. He was a member of the Oklahoma City University School of Law, Law Review.

He is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Supreme Court, Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals and all Oklahoma District Courts. Mr. Walls is a Certified Mediator before the Workers' Compensation Commission and Court of Existing Claims. He is a member of the Oklahoma Association Of Defense Counsel, Oklahoma Bar Association Insurance Law Division and Workers' Compensation Section.

Mr. Walls is currently a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section Board (2017-Present; Secretary (2018), Treasure (2019), Chairman-Elect (2020), Chairman-Elect (2021), Chairman (2022); Court of Existing Claims Seminar Committee 2018, 2019) and Young Lawyer Section of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel (2016-Present).

Mr. Walls received a CALI Award of Excellence (highest grade) in Contracts I and Sales and Leases. He consistently maintained a place on the Dean's and Faculty Honor Rolls.

Mr. Walls received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Oklahoma (2008).

Outside of work Zach enjoys playing golf, DIY projects and spending time with his son (Hunter).
